Boxbee

I created Boxbee with Kristoph Matthews and pioneered “concierge self-storage” featuring on-demand pickup and delivery. We operated our service in NYC and San Francisco and licensed our proprietary logistics software platform to mom-and-pop self-storage companies around the world.Acquired by Iron Mountain.

JPG Magazine

I took over the legendary JPG photo magazine and reinvented it for the mobile age. Kristoph Matthews and I built a platform that enabled a global community of amateur photographers to participate in photo contests, challenges and assignments using a simple mobile app.Acquired by Viewbug.

Etsy Wholesale

After Etsy acquired Trunkt, the CEO asked me to build a service that helped their top sellers enter the wholesale market. I led the design, development and launch of Etsy Wholesale and negotiated multi-channel partnership deals with Nordstrom, Whole Foods and West Elm.Launched Etsy into mainstream retail before its IPO.

I created Trunkt with Ayesha Ahmad to connect independent artisans with specialty retailers in an online wholesale marketplace. We helped thousands of artisans and boutiques avoid costly trade shows and do business with people around the world they’d never otherwise meet.Acquired by Etsy.
